OUR BACKGROUND

Luis has over a decade of experience in Commercial Lending and Real Estate Transactions. During his tenure, he has learned valuable fundamental skills, which have helped in acquiring strategic income producing assets. Luis currently works as a Commercial Lender for a local community bank. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and certificates in Banking and International Banking, from Florida International University

Anaili is an experienced attorney with a background in “big law,” having worked for top Am Law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anaili worked at Gunster, Yoakley, & Stewart, “Florida’s Law Firm for Business,” which allowed her to gain valuable insight into Florida’s business and real estate climates. Anaili currently serves as an Assistant County Attorney for Palm Beach County. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and certificates in Banking and International Banking, from Florida International University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. She is also a Licensed Realtor.

Luis and Anaili met while studying Finance together at FIU, and as the saying goes “the rest is history.” Together they have two rambunctious boys. When they are not busy working, they enjoy going to the beach, boating, and watching their children play sports. They currently reside in Wellington, FL.
